Edge Lighting offer terms & warranties
These terms describe The After-Dark Curb Appeal System offered by All Slopes Roofing & Exteriors LLC ("All Slopes," "we," "us") for permanent aluminum-track LED soffit lighting in the DFW service area. Last updated August 2026.
1. Service area
Mansfield, Arlington, Midlothian, Waxahachie, Burleson, Fort Worth, Dallas, and surrounding DFW communities. Final eligibility confirmed at the on-site measure.
2. Pricing
Regular published rate is $28 per linear foot of installed lighting, all-inclusive of track, LEDs, controller, color-match, labor, and the bonus stack advertised on the website. If you order before Thanksgiving (2026-11-26), the promotional rate is $24.25 per linear foot for qualified installs booked under the deal. Package starting prices during the deal:
- Street Face — from $2,590 during the deal (regular from $2,990; typical 90–110 ft)
- Curb + Wings — from $3,975 during the deal (regular from $4,590; typical 150–170 ft)
- Whole Home Halo — from $5,625 during the deal (regular from $6,490; typical 220–240 ft)
Two-story elevations, steep pitches, complex hips/valleys, or unusual access may adjust the final quote after on-site measurement. Website estimates are not binding quotes.
3. Payment
Payment schedule and accepted methods are confirmed on your signed proposal before materials are ordered.
4. Guarantees
Free On-Site Measure (Unconditional)
We measure your eaves, recommend the right package, and quote the job. Don’t love it? You pay nothing.
30-Night Make-It-Right (Service guarantee)
For 30 nights after install, we return at no charge to fix alignment, brightness, dead nodes, or scene setup.
Lifetime Workmanship (As long as you own the home)
Track mounting, fasteners, and weatherseal — repaired for as long as you own the home.
5-Year Parts (Parts + labor years 1–3)
LEDs, controller, and track components covered for 5 years. Labor included for years 1–3.
Texas Weather Promise (IP65 + DFW heat)
IP65-rated hardware, eave-protected, built for Texas summers. Install failures from weather are covered under workmanship.
Warranties apply to the original purchaser for installations completed by All Slopes at the address on the signed proposal. Abuse, third-party modification, power surges outside normal residential conditions, or failure to provide reasonable access may void coverage. Lifetime workmanship means for as long as the original purchaser owns the home.
5. On-site measure
The on-site measure and quote are complimentary and carry no obligation to purchase. If you decline the proposal, you owe nothing for the visit.
6. Brand clarity
Edge Lighting is a service of All Slopes Roofing & Exteriors LLC. We are not a JellyFish Lighting, Trimlight, EverLights, or other franchise dealer unless separately stated in a written agreement. Comparisons on the website use publicly available market pricing ranges for educational purposes.
7. Capacity & scheduling
$24.25/ft only if you order before Thanksgiving. Only 6 Edge Lighting installs per month in DFW — holiday calendars fill fast. Install dates are confirmed only after a signed proposal and material order.
